Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.'s community service programs focus on enhancing quality of life through education, health awareness, and youth development. The sorority is fully committed to assisting those in need and the betterment of communities around the globe.

Mu Beta Sigma collaborates with various organizations, including Texas Baptist Children's Home, Hope Alliance, Round Rock Serving Center, Habitat for Humanity, Annunciation Maternity Home, and Catholic Charities of Central Texas.
